Field Days
We are the field day experts. FunRent has the equipment and expertise to make your field day the best ever. Since most field days are celebrating the end of the school year, it takes a special company to be able to meet the expectations of hundreds of excited students. FunRent is that company. We do hundreds of school events and know how to make them special. We can setup on athletic fields, on parking lots, in gyms, you name it. Give us a chance to show you why our clients love us. Here are some things to keep in mind when planning your field day:
► Equipment. Your selection of the right equipment to match your age groups and throughput needs is critical to the success of your field day. Don't fret, we can help. With our experience, we can guide you through the equipment selection process and make sure you get just the right equipment and that it fits in your budget. We never, ever offer set packages for field days. All a set package does is force you into a package that will likely not meet your needs. We've found most set packages are designed to rent equipment the vendor wants you to have rather than what's best for you.
► Fun Foods. Want even more fun? Add a couple of fun foods to the field day experience. We have everything you need for sno cones, cotton candy, popcorn, pretzels, churros, and nachos.
► Artists & Entertainers. Spice up the event even more by adding a face painter, airbrush artist, balloon artist, caricature artist or DJ. We have it all!
► Price. We realize you are on a budget and will do everything we can to make sure you get the very best value for the money you spend. That's why we offer significant school discounts ranging from 5% all the way up to 20%. And, that's off our already reasonable prices. Call us for complete pricing and discount information.
► Insurance. We know you have to satisfy your risk manager so we carry $1 million of liability insurance. We can name your school or school district as an additional insured at no cost to you.
► Safety. Our equipment carries about the same risk of injury as playground equipment. Through the years, we've found that proper adult supervision of the kids is the most important aspect of safety. After we set up your event, we will go over the safety rules with you and your adult supervisors to make sure everyone knows how to keep the kids safe. We'll also make sure you know how many supervisors you'll need.
► Location. Most school field days are held on athletic or playfields while some are in gyms or on parking lots. We can accommodate almost any setup except sand or dirt fields. Because of the significant damage sand and dirt fields can do to the equipment, we must avoid those surfaces. If your school has artificial turf - no problem. We know how to setup on all types of artificial turf including field turf.
► Electricity. There's nothing worse than arriving to setup a huge event and not having enough available electrical power to run the equipment. Such scenarios are easily avoided. We will go over your electrical needs with you to make sure there is enough available electrical power. We have portable generators for rent (both gasoline powered and diesel powered) to provide reliable electrical power where the required power is not available.
► Setup and Takedown. We do it all. We never ask you to help with the setup and takedown of the equipment. Be wary of quotes form vendors who do not include setup and takedown in their pricing or charge extra for it. With FunRent, equipment setup and takedown is always included in our price.
