FunRent is looking for a few really good people to join our delivery staff and our event staff. All jobs are part-time. You must be available on weekends and holidays including July 4th.
Delivery Staff. All our summer positions are part-time, but many of our delivery staff earn significant overtime in June and other times during the summer. Their job is to get our equipment delivered, setup, and taken down. They also help out with event staffing.
We have two levels of delivery staff. Delivery Leads are in charge of the delivery route and delivery assistants are helpers for the lead. Leads must be 21 years old and have a relative clean driving record. Delivery Assistants must be 18 years old and also have a relatively clean driving record. Both leads and assistants must be able to handle, load, setup, and takedown relatively heavy equipment such as bounce houses, slides, and obstacle courses.
Event Staff. We also need event staff to help us supervise equipment at events - primarily festivals, corporate picnics, and some school events. Minimum age is 16 years old. If you are under age 18, you will need a letter from a parent or guardian stating they have approved your working for us. Event staff may help out of delivery teams but are not responsible for handling heavy equipment. Event staffing is also great for adults looking to pick up some extra money.
