Equipment. Our extensive inflatable rental equipment inventory is designed with schools in mind. Risk managers love us and are typically very willing to work with us.
Setup and Takedown. Our prices always include setup and takedown of the equipment. You and your volunteers never have to manhandle the heavy equipment that can weigh up to 1,000 pounds. Our delivery staff will do it all.
Gift Certificate for your Auction. If your order is more than $750 of equipment rental, we will gladly furnish you a gift certificate to be auctioned at your annual auction.
10% Member Discounts. Want to give your PTA members or volunteers something special? How about a 10% discount off any personal inflatable rental? We'll provide the discount.
What areas does FunRent serve? For school carnivals, we go anywhere throughout Washington. For areas including Marysville, Arlington, Mt. Vernon, Federal Way, Tacoma, Lakewood, Olympia, Lacey, Puyallup, South Hill, Auburn, Enumclaw, Black Diamond, Covington, Ravensdale, and most of the rest of Puget Sound, there is a delivery charge that we will quote you right up front.
For larger events, we deliver to all of Washington state.
What's the best time to host a school or PTA carnival? The quick answer is anytime. The highest volume of school carnivals happens in late May and early June. Friday evenings during that time book up very, very quickly. Many spring carnivals have moved to Thursdays or Saturdays to ensure greater equipment selections and fewer conflicts. Some PTAs have moved their carnivals to the early fall with great success.
When should we book the equipment? Try to book the equipment for your carnival as soon as you possibly can. The sooner you book, the more likely it is that the equipment you want will be available. But don't worry if you are a late booker, we'll still take care of you.

How do we select the right equipment and options? Let us help. We have years of experience and a very good knowledge base of what works and what doesn't. Here are a few guidelines:
Inflatable Games. Inflatables form the back bone of the event. They're big, colorful, and attract tons of attention and interest. They give the kids an outlet for all their pent up energy and tend to be great money makers for the event. With our incredible selection of inflatables, we can help you pick the perfect equipment for your event. Typically, a PTA carnival will include at least a bounce house, slide, and obstacle course.
Carnival Games. Most three hour carnivals will need about eight to ten carnival games. If your carnival is very well attended, you'll probably want a few more. Our carnival games include instant win game, luck games, and skill games. We have something for every age group.
Prizes for the Carnival Games. We carry of wide selection of prizes in many price ranges. You can certainly order directly from prize supplies, but it's hard to beat our prices and service. Some carnivals issue prizes to winners right at the game, while others hand out tickets that can be redeemed in the prize room.
Fun Foods. Fun foods include cotton candy, popcorn, sno cones, nachos, churros, and pretzels. We have the machines for all of these and also have all the supplies you need.
Hot Dogs and Pizza. Most PTA carnivals have food available. While we no longer provide hot dogs and pizza, we'll be glad to advise you on how much you need and good sources for the food items.
Artist and Entertainers. Want to add a face painter, airbrush artist, balloon artists, vested entertainer, clown, or DJ to your carnival? We've got you covered.
